INTRODUCTION:

Human Resources personnel have a key role in ensuring that the company is operating and managing its employees by complying to the various Malaysian Labour Laws. Operational line managers too have varying degrees of involvement in Human Resources related activities, and it is critical that they too understand, and work within best practice and comply with legislation.

Trainer’s Profile:

Carol Anthony is a HR Consultant and Trainer providing consultancy services and soft skills training to corporate customers. As a HR practitioner with over 25 years of experience in various industries, hired, coached, motivated and mentored new hires and existing employees in sales, marketing, customer services, compliance, and finance. She was also involved actively in conducting training programs for different groups of employees. Before embarking on the HR field, she was a Writer and Editor of several trade magazines in Malaysia.

She is a Certified NLP Practitioner from Neuro-Semantics Institute, USA and also hold the CC (Competent Communicator) title from the Toastmasters Club. Academically, she has a MBA in Entrepreneurship from University of Wales TSD, UK, Bachelor of Business in Business Administration from RMIT, Australia, Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, Australia and Train the Trainer Certificate from HRDC (Human Resource Development Council).

She also a member of SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management, US) and Panel Member (Employer) of the Industrial Court of Malaysia. Through her experience in working at various industries, she brings a wealth of experience and share real-life important scenarios in the programs. These scenarios enable the participants to visualize the problems/issues and come up with solutions after which she shared the best practices.
