This program aims to provide participants with a clearer understanding of how crucial the Digital Transformation (DT) affect the business continuity, the needs for immediate actions to enhance productivity and efficiency, and what businesses really need to do for DT. The program also exposes the relationships among IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things), Digital Transformation and Industrial Revolution 4.0 (I.R. 4.0).

Trainer’s Profile:

Ms. LC Wan received her Bachelor of Science Degree (Honours) in Biochemistry from National University of Malaysia (U.K.M.). and Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Charles Sturt University (Australia). With the analytical skills, researcher’s mindset and business management acumens, she gained from the courses coupled with her inborn interpersonal and communications skills rooted from her passion in connecting with people enable her to perform efficient and effective communications, management and problem solving, in her 21 years career in the printing industry, covering both Production and Sales & Marketing functions.

Besides being the leader of the Sales & Marketing Department, a Management team member, Committee of the QEMS, Li Ching was also the trainer for various internal trainings for the Sales & Marketing Team, the Customers and other staffs, in areas ranging from Customer Services, Project Management, Costing, Products & Processes knowledge to Personal Protective Equipment, besides being the appointed Internal Auditor of the company’s QEMS and FSC certifications.

A holder of an MBA with Merit in Global Business by Coventry University (UK), Li Ching is also a PSMB certified trainer. She customizes and designs the programs that cater the needs of the clients, just to name a few, she has conducted training programme in the area of Customer Services and Customer Experience for retails, Customer Experience (PSMB Penjana), QC Tools for Quality Improvement and 4 Pillars for Efficient and Effective Procurement. Being a passionate learner, Li Ching is a Licensed NLP Coach and Master Practitioner and also embarking on a journey in pursuing the DBA (Doctor of Business Administration). She aspires to inspire others, to grow and progress together.

Mr. Derek Wong is a Senior Trainer and Consultant of KAC Advisory Services PLT. Derek is an Executive Partner of an accounting and SST advisory firm, and has over 25 years experience in accounting and finance. He is an accountant and SST advisor to established MNCs, Oil & Gas-related companies, and manufacturing companies. He started his career at a mid-sized audit firm before moving to a Big Four audit firm. Thereafter, he was with SMEs and a public listed company and held a senior financial position at an established large corporation. He has extensive experience in preparing and reviewing management reports, budgets, forecasts and cash flow management, fundraising activities, IPOs, back door listing and other corporate exercises.

A HRDF-certified trainer, he is sought-after for his trainings on anti-corruption and SST subjects. He has attended numerous anti-corruption and integrity courses, and in year 2021 he has completed the Malaysia Anti-Corruption Academy’s Certified Integrity Officer Private Sector course. He is a member of MIA, and holds the ACCA and AAT qualifications.

His firm’s Digital Transformation journey started when manage to develop an online video learning platform called KLENVI. This platform offers people the learning time at anytime and anywhere which focus on a specific topic. Meantime, his firm has started using a business management platform. This platform is a united workspace which handles the many aspects of daily operations & tasks
